Hey there!
My name is Bethelehem (Beth) Mengstu. My parents are refugees from Ethiopia, if you are wondering about the origin of my name. I have been a Registered Nurse (RN) for seven years and a non-practicing Board Certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AG-ACNP) for two years. My RN specialty is Critical Care, so as you can imagine, I have spent a lot of time in the trenches of the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, this led me to tremendous burn out.
On the bright side, burn out has taught me the importance of meticulous self-care, which has now become my passion. Some of my hobbies include learning, traveling and reading books about murders, mysteries, crime and thrillers — I’m even in a book club! I am also extremely passionate about all things diversity, equity and inclusion.
In my practice, I will be providing med spa services such as toxins, filler, dermaplaning, microneedling, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and facials. To my future and current clients, I welcome you to the House of Aesthetics. I hope to see you soon!
